Job Opportunity – فرصة عمل

It’s not bad to be hired by a good company, where you can practice the job you love, while being paid accordingly. But, what if you can’t find your “good” job? Haven’t you already sent your CV’s for uncountable times and you received nothing? 

Well, don’t stop searching for your dream job, but while you’re “waiting/searching” create your own! It might sound far-fetched for some of you (while others have already done it) but it’s very possible, not easy and its going to be fun. It takes hard work, smartness, passion and willingness to take risks and make mistakes. If that sounds like you, success will be yours.

One of the examples I witnessed when a friend of mine wanted to start a marketing business. She didn’t need an office and staff and stationary; all she needed was her laptop (she had one), her skills (she had the experience) and her contacts (she had a lot of them). And for that last bit, it just takes some marketing skills, and a logo (done by me). She hit businesses up and offered her services. Networked online and gained clients that way. Now she has her own company and she’s her own boss.

 إنه من الجيد أن تحصل على وظيفة جيدة في شركة جيدة، حيث يمكنك ممارسة العمل الذي تحب بينما تتقاضى راتبا جيداً. ولكن، ماذا لو لم تستطع العثور على وظيفة “جيدة”؟ ألم يقم العديد منكم بإرسال السيرة الذاتية الخاصة بك مرات عديدة دون الحصول على رد؟ لا تتوقف عن البحث عن وظيفة أحلامك، ولكن بينما “تنتظر/تبحث” حاول أن تصنع عملك الخاص! قد يبدو هذا الشيء بعيد المنال بالنسبة للبعض منكم (في حين أن آخرين قد فعلوا ذلك بالفعل) إنه ليس بالشيء المستحيل ولكنه ليس سهلاً في نفس الوقت، كل ما تحتاجه هو العمل الشاق، الذكاء، والشغف والاستعداد لتحمل المخاطر. إذا كانت هذه مواصفاتك، فإن النجاح سيكون حليفك. 

أحد الأمثلة التي شهدتها عندما أراد صديقة لي البدء بعمل خاص بالتسويق. لم تكن بحاجة إلى مكتب وموظفين في باديء الأمر. كل ما كان يلزمها هو كمبيوتر محمول (كانت تملك واحداً)، مهاراتها (تملك الكثير من المهارات) وشبكة من المعارف (كان لديها الكثير منهم). ولهذا فقد احتاجت لبعض المهارات التسويقية للتعريف عن عملها. بدأت بالعمل، وقامت بالعديد من الاتصالات، واستغلت الفرص التجارية على شبكة الانترنت، وبهذا كانت قداكتسبت العديد من العملاء. الآن لديها شركتها الخاصة
